We can prepare and submit all types of planning applications, including applications to remove existing planning restrictions and lawful development certificates. Where necessary, we can handle planning appeals to the Planning Inspectorate.

We have extensive experience of preparing sequential and impact assessments for retail and leisure developments that meet the requirements of national and local planning policies. Our excellent understanding of best practice and relevant case law means that we can prepare proportionate and effective assessments on your behalf.
Our expert knowledge of retail, leisure and town centre issues also means we are ideally placed to advise local planning authorities on proposals for main town centre uses. We can carry out full audits of planning applications and advise on appropriate conditions and planning obligations.

We can assist local authorities with preparing the evidence base required to inform emerging planning policies. We have particular experience of advising on town centre strategies and preparing town centre masterplans. In addition, we can lead or support the preparation of Local Development Orders, development briefs and other supplementary planning documents designed to support investment and regeneration.

In addition to working with private sector developers and public bodies, we are happy to collaborate with other planning consultants, architects and property professionals to help you meet the requirements of your clients. This includes providing specialist advice or extra support when required.
