Our work is led by Jonathan Wadcock (BA Hons, MA, MRTPI) who has over 15 years’ consultancy experience working with retail and leisure operators, developers, local authorities and public sector landowners.  From our base in Manchester we work across the UK securing planning permissions for commercial and residential developments, providing expert advice on retail, leisure and town centres, and supporting local authorities with both development management and plan-making.
